I could not disagree with you more there. The members are what makes a community great. And without them, the Dojo is
NOTHING.

unless you are louis or a friend?
See it looks too suspicious for someone who joined today to jump in like this.
Especialy considering how they already feel they know enough of the entire situation in one day to come to Louis' defense, saying that the people who have been here since day one don't know what they're talking about. It's awfully ironic that those in the staff that oppose Hellraiser are now removed as now they can't conviently check the I.P. numbers of members... Or do anything about it otherwise.
And you still haven't answered any of my questions earlier.

being a nice guy helping out.
So if your doing this completely out of the goodness of your own heart and all your doing is "fixing bugs" in the Dojo then why do you require (and use) the power to warn and ban members? With your previous attitude what do you think gives you the right to tell people what they can and can not do? If your only doing this because your just a nice guy in "fixing bugs" then why couldn't you do it behind the sceans without that Site Adm title?

But now there is something I want to add to that. There are more ways to help the Dojo community then just fixing bugs that no one would exploit except for troublemaking members like you in the first p-l-a-c-e. There is also improving the over all feeling members have twards the staff in the dojo. (As I have said before like how people sleep better at night knowing their country's leaders are looking out for them they worry less and feel better durring everyday life just as how Dojo members feel twards the staff in the Shenmue Dojo forum) You say you only want to help. But by becoming a Site Adm with your record you really only made the general feeling of the members on the Dojo even worse. If you really do care you'd step down from your position this instant and make any repairs without it. The members have faith in the mods removed. Reinstating them would also be a step in the right direction. But even that can only go so far. I think a number of the members are losing faith in the dojo. And once it's gone completely the Dojo will be dead in the water.
