Hi I'm new here!
Anyway I was looking through my shenmue manuals last night and I noticed something strange about the pictures of LanDi(Attached)........
At the start of Shenmue 1 LanDi kills Iwao and he has a scar on his LEFT side of his face, but when I was looking at my Shenmue1 manual(character profiles), the scar is on his RIGHT side....artists mistake or clue to Shenmue 3?Also on the cover of the shenmue2x manual(Don't have DC version) LanDi does not have a scar on his left side but it is too dark on his right side to see. In the character profiles in the Xbox manual(Not attached) LanDi's scar is on his left side.....
(Alos scar on left of LanDi on Shenmue Dojo Banner)
Could this mean that there are infact TWO almost identical characters in Shenmue and one of them, the one who killed Iwao is LanDi? Probably not, but check out the ChiYouMen leaders pic, there's LanDi(or perhaps his alter ego the pic is too small to see scar) and the two leaders to the left of him have been identified so then who is the mysterious blacked out character to the far left that looks similar to LanDi........
Also did anyone else notice that LanDi's real name is Longsun Zhao(or Zhao Longsun) but in the Shenmue 1 manual it says Chang Long(2 different people...?) and also the Mad Angels say that they are preparing for the "Long Zha" in Shenmue 1 so it looks evident that they did not just change the name in Shenmue 2, so what does Chang Long mean?
All this thought of scars led me to think of another thing, that plaster under Ryo's eye, in the same position as LanDi's scar.......could there be some connection?
